inner fender panels


i stripped the front end off my 67 and it looks like there is cracks all along the seams. i am going to weld all seams solid is this accepted practice ?

I assume you are refering to the "seams" where the factory spot-welded the inner panels together?
Generally, you would "stich-weld" (weld 1/2inch, skip 1/2inch) for maximum strength, as a continious weld on sheet metal is more apt to warp and crack.
